How much is shipping?
We currently only ship within the US, using USPS First Class
delivery with tracking.
Shipping costs for all items in the store, except for bookmarks, is US$3.45.
Bookmarks ship FREE. FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied to all orders
of US$50.00 or more.
Can you ship my order as a gift?
Yes! All you have to do is add your message to your
gift recipient in the comment field in the Cart and fill in the Shipping
Address fields with your recipient mailing address during check-out. The gift
recipient will recieve a little card notifying them that this is a
gift from you, and relaying your message to them.
When will I get my order?
Most orders will take 1-3 days to fulfill. Shipping duration
will depend on USPS, normally 1-3 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from New York, NY.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the continental US. If you're
interested in purchasing from our store, but need us to ship elsewhere,
let us know by emailing to the following address: email@example.com.
My order should be here by now, but I
still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please
help us out by doing the following:
> Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in
the delivery address.
> Ask your local post office if they have your package.
> Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package
How are your products made?
All art work is printed on archival (acid-free) paper and high quality
ink to maintain color vibrancy. To best protect art prints, frame them behind
Notebooks and cards are hand-crafted with care using quality card stock for
the card/cover of the notebook. The artwork is printed on archival paper and
high quality ink.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking,
you'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us

I received a wrong/damaged product,
what should I do?
We're so sorry if the product you
ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly,
please email us at email@example.com within a week's time
with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any
other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to
you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What's your return policy?
We don't offer returns and exchanges,
but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us
know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers
that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these
apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos
of wrong/damaged items and we'll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.
If that's the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number
and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or
issue a refund!
